The Washington Post reported that a second batch of relief aid is expected to be distributed in two parts. Approximately $30 billion will be allocated in two different ways to hospital and health-care providers. First, $20 billion will be distributed based on total revenue while the second portion, $10 billion, will be devoted to hospitals with especially large numbers of COVID-19 patients.
