HHS has launched an online portal for providers to submit claims for reimbursement for testing or treatment pf uninsured COVID-19 patients.
This announcement for uninsured individuals is part of the Trump Administration's effort to support health care providers in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. The CARES Act Provider Relief Fund provides $100 billion in relief funds to hospitals and other health care providers.
Providers can access the portal at COVIDUninsuredClaim.HRSA.gov.
